Great location and lovely and clean with great facilities. Comfy beds and nice bath / shower etc. Close to walk to town and also to Market Rasen racetrack which was a great day out with the family. Instructions clear from the host with great communication. Also nice Fish and Chips at the end of the road a bonus!

I like that the rooms are on the ground floor and that they are so clean you can smell the cleanness when you walk in. The mattress was comfortable, more than enough beverages in the room to have, 2 bottles of water and clean fluffy towels. The location is also wonderful with many food choices just 2 mins walk away.
