Bed was extremely comfortable and as was the sofa (Especially given the price). Very easy check in process which allowed us to come and go freely as we chose. Polite and very responsive host allowing us to book quite quickly and have full booking details within the hour. I would highly recommend this place as it proved to be much higher value for money and was only a short distance from the city center.

Very run down, unclean streets, overflowing bins on pavements with unbelievable stench, excrement over walkways and rats running freely in the streets and alleyways. The area seems totally neglected. This is not a tourist area or indeed a recommended area to stay. Parking requires permits for both AM & PM stays.
