We enjoyed our stay very much. We went on a ski trip with other families. The kindness and attentiveness of the host and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They also provided help with directions and taxi booking which we appreciated very much.
The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The location is very central to the ski places in Bakuriani, a max 15 minute away by car. The building facilities included an elevator. The breakfast was good.

It’s nice, but not ‘5 star’. The ski rental is poor and the staff there are not helpful. The price for the ‘crystal’ ski lift is a rip off even. Break fast is nice but nothing to write home about.
