I liked the central location since we arrived in the evening and had errands to do before leaving for our trek the next morning. They also allowed us to leave our bags there while we were on the trek.

American 🇺🇸with his Georgian wife🇬🇪here - we arrived very late on February 6th due to inclement weather (and unfortunately I broke my foot along the way!). Once we arrived we were treated very well and given an extremely clean (and warm!) room. The staff was very concerned about my injury and after confirming at the hospital my foot was broken, they did absolutely everything to accommodate my wife and I. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the kindest experiences of my life. They helped us with transportation so I wouldn’t miss out on experiencing Mestia, brought gifts to our room, and generally treated us like family. They even booked us a flight on the very hard to book plane out of Mestia AND drove us there personally! Breakfast was tasty (especially our last where we were given a private breakfast with great Svanetian items) and you’re greeted with beautiful healthy plants at the entrance. It’s a family run hotel, so there is care and personal investment put into everything. A big thank you to Elene, Nana, Shota and everyone who made sure we were happy and comfortable - we’ll be returning in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍

The building was so nice balcony , cleaned, comfortable. It’s not far from Mestia downtown. The breakfast was so delicious and had too many dishes. The front desk and hotel management were so nice and extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again there in the future
