Daily life:
The beaches were crowded with umbrellas and sunbeds (in most of them, there was very little space in between)!
On all the beaches, you had to pay anything (food, drinks) up to the value of 10 EU, in order to "win" 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds "for free"!
Even, at a beach which was managed by a worker from the business "Base In" (near Dodo's Luxury), we were forced to pay that much just for the use of the umbrella (and 2 sunbeds)!
Somewhere, you can even "taste" the smell of sewage 🤭, in the middle of the beaches! 🤮
To cut it short, this place (in my opinion) could have been a good place for a beach in the 1900s (or even earlier)! 🤔
Night life:
The night life was completely different, full of beautiful views, restaurants with traditional food and wonderful staff! 👌

The apartment is great!
The apartment is great! Just one street and you're on the beach.
The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a family vacation. You feel at home.
Melina is a wonderful smiling person. We had difficulty finding the address due to the language barrier, and she, despite her injured leg, personally came to meet us and show us around. Thanks!

When you travel to Agia Triada you should consider that...
When you travel to Agia Triada you should consider that there are only 3 small food shops and 1 souvenir shop in the village. Could be very challenging for families with kids who needs some entertainment.
It is better to rent a car directly from airport by the arrival time, otherwise it will be difficult to find an agency there.

Villa is handsome and is enhanced with with a good size swimming pool and jacuzzi. Appartment is clean and equiped with all the necessary ammenities. It has a superb view over the Thessaloniki bay area, but it would be a little remote for some without the use of a hire car. A hire car enables trips to Thessaloniki and to explore Halkadiki (which is very special)

Agia Trias is close to Thessaloniki and a central location...
Agia Trias is close to Thessaloniki and a central location to visit Chalkidiki. It is a small village by the sea, but it has actually everything you need during a holiday: 2 supermarkets, a backery, a tourist shop, a farmacy and lots of tavernes, bars and restaurants. During the weekend it is very crowded because off all the visistors that come from Thessaloniki to enjoy the beach. The restaurants we enjoyed most were Anemos and Nice View. It is also nice to walk (30 minutes) to Nea Epivates along the beach and enjoy your lunch or diner there.

It is a quiet location, with access to the sea.
It is a quiet location, with access to the sea. The sea is the main asset of this settlement. I saw a photo from 1942 where the locals were setting up the beach, which differs from today only in that the water is bigger - the beach is narrower. Fishermen bring fish daily and sometimes sell it on the beach. A Lidl and a Discount Markt are 10 minutes away by car. It is a 40-minute drive from Thessaloniki.
The room was very economical at the time we needed it.
It was also renovated and the location was very close to the beach (if you want it during summer vacations).
The internet speed was OK (~30MBps), but during my stay, only a few guests were in the hotel.
There is a parking space outside the hotel, but during summer time there will be issues in finding an empty spot (during winter I was able to occupy the last one in the night)
The general cleanliness of the room was OK!
Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the panorama of Tessaloniki. The apartment is very nicely decorated with a spacious bedroom. The kitchen is small but fully satisfies all needs if you do not plan to cook. A large sandy beach is 30m away. If you are planning a vacation in the true sense of the word without the hustle and bustle Agia Triada and this apartment will satisfy all your needs.
Newly refurbished apartments, spotlessly clean, set right on the beach front with very helpful staff. We chose Agia Triada for a few nights before we flew out of Thessaloniki airport. It is a great little beach town, smaller and quieter than it's neighbour Peraia but still with plenty of restaurants along the front. Great walks in both directions along the seafront and only 10 minutes taxi from the airport.
I had a balcony that was facing the beach
The facility offered an elevator
It was a sunny apartment
A pretty large size fridge
A great t.v. And all channels
I had delicious Greek coffee made daily for me by my host
The host and his family were attentive to my needs and informative
I felt very safe and protected in this facility and my room
Location right on the beach with a view of the sea, with a large balcony. The room seems very recently renovated, there’s AC which we didn’t use since it was not necessary, but should be very handy if staying here at the summer. The reception lady, Maria, was very nice and gave us a good restaurant recommendation. Plenty of parking near the hotel.
Pleasant one night stay, including several hours on the beach in front of the hotel in afternoon and in morning hours.
Several restaurants and cafeterias in a short walk from hotel, free parking spots at hotel and around. Beach is in front of the hotel. Nice view of airplanes coming from Thessaloniki airport, which is several kilometers north.
We stayed at Cabo Verde for one night after a flight. Was very comfortable, clean and the staff are nice and helpful. Hotel is located on a small promenade with bars and restaurants. Kids had a triple room which was very spacious and comfortable. The double room was a bit on the small side but sufficient for our needs.
This place and the people were really amazing, I was so sad because I missed 2 flights but Miss Maria really made me feel like home. I really ended my trip with a good experience that really makes me want to visit Greece again. My best wishes for this hotel and may God bless Ms. Maria!

Apartment was exceptional, very spacios with all you need and we apreciate that was very clean.
The host is friendly and she tell us about the area, which restaurants is ok, where to go to the beach.
It is close to Salonic and considering that one day it rained we were able to visit the city.
We love this place! It is a family operated hotel that is right on the seaside boardwalk. It is squeaky clean and the beds are very comfortable. The large deck had sun loungers and eating table/ chairs overlooking the sea. It was a great place to spend our last night in Greece.
The apartment was very beautiful, modern with sea view. The room was very clean, stylish. The location was the best, just a few steps from the beach. Agia Triada is vivid but during night quiet and you can enjoy the sound of waves during night with open terrace dors. 10/10
Very nice staff, 24h front desk, the beach is a few minutes away, bus station in front of the hotel.
The hotel provide you with anything you might need in a holiday. Overall, a good stay.
The hotel is on the beach. Room was so nice and clean. The location is perfect. Nice balcony sea view. The staff is very kind and polite, and very helpful. I recommended this hotel.
Location was perfect, on the beach and 20minutes from Thessaloniki. We had everything we needed in apartment. Comfort bad, towels, fridge... And the view is amazing.
