It's a decent city, just over an hour away from Athens. The seaside promenade has some good tavernas. Perhaps the best part of this town in its excellent Archaeological Museum, located near the bus station.

When we first arrived the city did not look too welcoming, but as we saw the city by night and it's nightlife it already looked and felt a lot better. It just took us 2 days to find the shopping street which was really nice and the prices where good. Great place for a short visit! The view is great from almost everywhere! It's got a castle up on the hill and a lot of great shops on the sea side. Simply walking around town and along the shores will reward you with interesting experiences.

Has a great well-tended garden which is very beautiful and a great place for kids to play. Owners are amazing people, very friendly and a accommodating and ready to help any way they can. Village center is 5 minutes aways (by car) which you can find everything you need and Chalkida (nearest city) is just over 10 minutes away with plenty of things to see and do.
