Management was great, with good communication skills, Neal was a great help, and he took care of all the things we asked for, kept reaching out when we arrived at the airport to see if we need it anything.

It near the mall, that's why I chose it in the first place, I didn't expect much from this, because almost all the photos I saw in the booking always looked perfect, but actually it's not really nice in the real life, but NOT for ATRIA!
I like it! It really is great! I love it here and I wish my stay would be longer, but since I traveled for work, nothing much I could do. But hopefully, someday, I can travel solo and do more exploration there.
The staff are SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL! Full of smiles and brighten my day!
The food is great! But I hope there will be more authentic Indonesian food such as lontong, gado-gado, pempek, otak-otak, etc, the breakfast is great, but too fancy for me. I wish for more Indonesian street food in the future.
