3. The Bromo Trip to 4 places by jeep is organized by Mr Raymond (IDR850,000 excl. ticket, ojek motorcycle at love hills, horse riding), the owner. The jeep leaves at 2 am and Mr Raymond made sure that we have waken up at 1.45 am. The trip to the 1st location takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. You cannot miss the sunrise, imo it's the highlight of the trip, specially the bright stars and the sky color changing from purple-orange to orange-yellow 💜🧡💛

Every once in a while while traveling you find a hidden gem. This homestay was it for me. The room is very basic. You get a shower, toilet, small sink, and a bed. There is no a/c. But you don't need anything else. It is clean and comfortable. And the property is beautiful, overlooking farms and mountain side, and very well maintained. But the real treasure is the couple who run Kopikuin. They are both very sweet and so helpful. And the wife's cooking is literally the best we had while in Java.
