Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city...
Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city centre, great to catch up with extended family .
Ate our evening meal at hotel, it was great.
Loved the city centre, so much history and beautiful buildings.
We were expecting a really tired place from the reviews and were pleasantly surprised with a spacious, well equipped room with a comfortable bed. Ok the building looks tired from the outside but surprisingly better on the inside. The staff were very helpful in explaining getting into the city and other information we needed.
The breakfast was reasonable with a fair selection. We also had an evening meal one night and it was a good.
The location was easy for getting into Dublin city by bus which ran quite frequently.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. The whole atmosphere was low key and calm which made for a relaxing stay. All in all it was very good value for money.
The Phoenix Park is a 20 minute walk away and a great place to go for a run or take in some fresh air.
So although it isn't the most visually pleasing of hotels, I would happily stay there again, so it obviously has something going for it!
1) Perfect location as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
2) The staff is fantastic. Every single person is so friendly and helpful. Honestly, I have never seen more friendly staff than these people. Catherine, Melisa and Phil, these people are truly assets to this company.
3) Breakfast is so good. After that full Irish breakfast, I couldn’t eat anything for lunch. I was so full.
The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The staff were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The bus stop was conveniently across the street that we used to go into Dublin. Rooms were very comfortable and everything was user friendly. Excellent stay and great value for Dublin. Restaurant inside hotel was good also. Would highly recommend and stay again.
The somewhat older hotel is well renovated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, the breakfast is extensive and ok. The highlight is the hotel's cozy "The Liffey Bar", which offers very good food and great drinks. The hotel's location isn't great, but there is a direct bus service into central Dublin.
The staff were always polite & helpful by booking taxis for us to head into Dublin. The rooms were very clean & they were cleaned on the Saturday even though we got there on Friday & only had one night left. Definitely worth the 10-15 minute taxi trip into the city centre considering the prices of the hotels there.
The hotel was really great! Location is perfect for us, Dublin is too busy to drive. So the hotel have Bus station in front. It was very easy to go to city centre. Next time I will repeat, because the location is easy when you rent a car and exit from Dublin was very fast to take the highway
Good location for easy access on the motorway although a little out of the town. Taxi ride was 20 Euro for 4 of us, there is also bus route right outside the hotel. Easy parking for motorcycles with CCTV over the front door area. Room was good and included breakfast which was excellent.
Excellent location for a visit to Dublin by car, with free parking and a very handy cheap bus ride to the city centre. Nice surroundings in walking distance to Phoenix Park. Hotel unpretentious with friendly staff and decent food. Room clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
This hotel is clean warm and the staff are lovely and the food is beyond good ... it has parking which is a huge huge plus for us as its difficult to get hotels with parking and it's only 25mins from beaumount hospital which is brilliant ...
Fantastic location in Galway. Walking distance to everything that is in the central location. Great restaurants near by as well as shops. Apartment was very clean and easy access. Will stay again when given the opportunity.
Friendly staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower. If required there is a bus stop opposite the hotel that goes into City centre. Big plus, free parking.
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was generous. The staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our request for rooms next to each other in a quiet part was granted.
