I love how friendly the staffs are, not pricy compared to other hotels in Killarney, they even upgraded our room so we can be comfortable in out stay and they helped us find a restaurant to eat when we arrived there really late and even called a cab for us.

LOVED the close proximity to Muckross Abbey and the House and Gardens and Torc Waterfall. All the staff were super lovely and the Vitality Spa was amazing! The room and bathroom were super comfortable and spacious. Well worth every penny! Gene and the other staff at the Concierge Desk were so helpful. 11/10. Will be back! ❤️
