The owner was very attentive and arrived to check me in right away after my booking done in the evening of arrival. Though the attention seemed to be forced by the will of good reviews (he also offered me to return half price when I wrote about the dirt, but it wouldn't recover my shitty night, so I prefer to warn people instead).
