The rooms were beautiful done, big and clean.
Bathrooms were spotlessly clean and also quite big.
Their Restaurant Boca Mario had absolutely lip smacking scrumptious food, all credit to their amazing Chefs. The view sitting between gorgeous trees and looking down at the valley adds on the experience.
The whole serving staff is very polite and welcoming, ready to serve in their best capacity.

Everything was good overall but the mattresses provided were cold so we needed extra quilts and heater which were provided. The staff who was managing the property was very polite and helpful

Location was good. NO Parking, and Reaching to hotel is a task. Manager was not welcoming and he didnt liked asking questions. He was Shrude. I might not stay here ever again

The location is perfect within Shimla main town. The Ridge, Mall Street, and Christ Church are at your doorstep. There is a beautiful view from the hotel and nice balcony and an enclosed terrace area to see it from. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and everything works well. The manager was so nice and he really helped me out a lot during my stay.
