I don't reach Simana Basti because your agent Arnab Ganguly miss gide Puja and himself. At last moment when I reach Siliguri Station they changed the Venu to Lapchajagat it's too far from Simana Basti (near about 23 Km). This is my family trip. Myself and family both are nature lover so we are speach less about this type of fake miss gide. I booked 2 room at month of July 2019 for stay Vamoose Tonglu from 5 - 8 October 2019 and 50% payment in advance in month of July 2019. But they changed the Venu in morning of 5th October 2019 when reach Siliguri Station at last moment. I failure to my family from my commitment as per your fake miss gide. What's your opinion? Now I go to consumers forums?
