Pros: 1. The staff are amazing! My husband and I are not really “eat at 8pm people” and the opened the restaurant at 6:30 just for us. the service and food were lovely. 2. The location is perfect for one night between Sicily and Rome. 3. Decent and easy parking. That says a lot for Italy!

A Gem. I visited this town to see where my ancestors walked. Excellent hotel. Hidden I shall return! Restaurant at hotel to die for. Michele was the best! As was the front desk lady. Felt like family.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, originally a 15th-century palazzo, for just one night. The historical ambiance was captivating, and while the bathroom was modern, it still retained the palazzo's old-world charm. What truly stole the show was the breathtaking view of the sun setting over the mountains. Our day began with a typical Italian continental breakfast featuring hard-boiled eggs, cereal, croissants, yogurt, and juice, all lovingly prepared by Antonella, who hails from Brooklyn. Beautiful location at the highest point in the town with good views of the castle, the town square and the surrounding landscape. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. As requested, she prepared for us in the restaurant a fine small meal with local specialties for a very reasonable price.
