It is a very nice hotel very well located just a 5 minute walk to the entrance to the Barcola promenade for swimming. The staff was exceptionally nice! Everyone with whom we interacted was helpful and friendly. The brunch was really lovely - the food was very good and many choices. The dining room is on the 4th floor, and we sat on the terrace with a beautiful view of the bay.

Even though our trip was in winter, it was very nice to be by the sea. The hotel is right next to the water, with spaces for umbrellas and sunbeds on concrete. I imagine it to be quite lovely in summer. A private parking exists as part of the hotel facilities, which is practical if you arrive by car. It is not very big though, so it might get crowded in the summer. There is also a restaurant just next to the hotel where you can enjoy sea specialties in the evening (at a bit higher prices). Breakfast is also served at that restaurant. We had to order what we want to eat the day before, and it was ready at the time we had indicated (I guess because we were there in winter). The breakfast was okay, with average quality bread rolls and standard butter and jams. No hot food was offered. Staff was professional and helpful.
