Beautiful property sits in a wine yard, well-maintained ground and nice little details. Location is good, a few minutes drive to Palmanova and there’s an Aldi nearby. There’s also a playground for kids and a small football field which my kids loved. The restaurant onsite seems quite popular, unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to try it out this time. Breakfast room is cozy and selection is good. Only downside is that the building is close to a semi-busy road, there’s noise from traffic early morning & late evening but everything else is great, will come back in the future when in the area again!

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in this UNESCO Heritage town! Our ground floor room was really big, king bed, walk in closet, huge new bathroom with great modern shower and facilities. The welcoming staff spoke English fluently, told us about the town and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The hotel has easy free parking which is very unusual in an Italian old city center! The location on the central piazza next to the church is perfect! We heartily recommend this lovely little hotel!
