It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few...
It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few hours there. As I came by train and bus, I chose to stay a night and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as the sunset and the crowds left. The restaurant, Trattoria Bruschetteria La Cantina di Arianna, where I ate had a great choice on the menu and was a cosy place to eat.

You better bring a camera. You and your friends will not believe the views and sites without proof. Read up on its history, founding and development to gain an understanding and appreciation for the significance of this place. The location was perfect for us visiting our daughter in Bagnoregio. We had trouble finding the place when we arrived due to it being dark and our maps not working. We called our host and he met us where we were and had us follow him to Amarcord. Just excellent service and great experience! The beds at Acqua di Civita Beauty and Rooms were the absolute best, The AC worked great too. Every interaction we had with the property managers were excellent. We also enjoyed sitting and reading in the garden. I think it is well worth it to spend a night or two here in town as opposed to before the bridge. WIFI worked great.

The fireplace is a nice touch, especially during winter. The place is great for small families in my opinion and I would recommend staying more than a night if possible to enjoy Cività and its vicinity and relax a little in this old town.
