Being a last-minute reservation, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s grounds. It was nice having a late check-in available. Plentiful breakfast and fairly direct, 30-min drive to FCO airport.

Breakfast was abundant and hosted by a friendly and helpful gentleman. Location on the VF route directly. We visited in Feb, so we probably got one of their nicer rooms, with clean and (mostly) functional fixtures. A nice surprise was we had a peekaboo city view and balcony.

Cleanliness is superb, most of the staff is very friendly and helpfully, always available coffee machine is a plus, it's a bit away from Rome itself but easily reachable by public transport, location is not hard to find, the hotel has elevator and the owner is easily reachable by phone or WhatsApp.

Amazing place to stay more than one day, close to the subway walking, around 10 minutes, with the subway you can reach all the place important in Rome, like the Coliseum, Vatican city, Termini, etc. The staff and the place were amazing, friendly people and everything was clean, I recommend the place to all people. Breakfast was a little soft but for the price is like a gift (I appreciated that).
