It is a very well maintained hotel and is very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with all questions. Room had all amenities including toiletries, tea/ coffee maker. Our room had a spa bath which we also enjoyed - bath salts were provided in the room. The bfast was also very nice and quite abundant with a choice of sweet and savory dishes and all types of beverages. A big plus is their underground parking which is super safe and is connected directly to the hotel.

We felt so bad because we arrived late due to plane/train cancellations and I had no wifi to contact our host. She was so friendly and understanding when we finally showed up. The location was perfect-very close to the center of the city. The room was perfect and breakfast superb.

Went to Bra on a hockey trip during August which is when a lot of shops and restaurants are closed so struggled to find authentic cuisine. This is not a tourist town but one of the biggest in the area. You will need a car to see more of this lovely region.AAnonymous

We had a little misunderstanding about the checkin time but they were able to greet us earlier anyway, and allowed us to checkout later as well. Upon our request, they provided us with extra oil and honey. Breakfast is included (cake, jam, tea, coffee, and other beverages) along with a coffee machine. We had such a pleasant stay. Parking in underground garage. Very good hotel restaurant. Breakfast with lot of choices. Wine bank/La banca del vino with possibility of wine tasting in th same building. Fine dining restaurant Scuderia Sabaude in walking distance. Very good option for trips to surrounding wine regions - Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero.

We were lucky enough to book the room at the front of the palazzo looking out on the main square with the beautiful church. The airbnb was very characteristic! Kambi was a wonderfull host! Always there at your service (great reccomendations) and making the most delicious breakfast! Everything was perfect!

The hotel is clean. The rooms are big. It is located at a very quiet area on the outskirts of Bra. Breakfast is very good.
