We loved spending a night in La Stanza del Duca (Duke's Chamber) at the Palazzo Meraviglia. The palace dates to a 1490 expansion of the Corinaldo fortifications, and the three big windows in this room overlook the countryside and Porta Nova gate from just inside the walls of the medieval city. Room was huge, with exposed brick walls, antique furniture, artful decor - and renovated in accordance with the spirit and laws of historical preservation. (Because of this, the bathroom is a bit awkwardly sized, but we were offered to change rooms if that would be a problem.) The palazzo is really evocative inside and out, and a very quick walk to everything in Corinaldo. Staff was friendly and helpful, modest breakfast option is solid and the price easily beats what you'd pay for a similarly unique experience in a more-trafficked medieval city.
Offering a free private beach and free bikes, Albergo Moretti is 1640 feet from Senigallia town center. It offers rooms with a flat-screen TV, guests enjoy a garden.
