The hotel charged me 3 times for the room. Took me a while to get them to cancel 1 of them - but up until now, stoll have 1 extra charge. Can't get them to answer emails, and on the phone they either tell me they're too busy, and they'll call me back, or that they need to check and call me back. No one has called me back.
