Very friendly lady, Katia, who was communicative and helpful. Met us outside and showed us to the apartment. Recommended us a few places to eat. Apartment was located directly in the city center just 10m from the canal. Free parking closeby. Cappuccino and croissant offered at a nearby bakery for breakfast. Dogs welcome. Room was cozy, good heating. Bathroom had all amenities. Coffee and tea and some snacks in room.

A beautiful, sleepy town with a Venice-like atmosphere. There are canals and lovely bridges in the city centre. The largest bridge, Trepponti, was absolutely stunning. The centre is best explored by foot. There are restaurants and bars everywhere, mostly with outdoor sitting, sometimes directly on the canals. Charming town with very interesting sites. A wonderful museum with archeological finds, including among others, roman articles found in a sunken ship. The city center reminded me of Venice at a smaller scale because of the canals an bridges, perfect for a great walk. Great food too!

The town is steeped in Italian History and culture with a predominantly Fishing based economy. Comacchio prides itself as one of the preeminent Eel fishing spots in the world, not that I am a particular fan of Eels but I do like them BBQ'd from time to time. There is also a fishing port nearby (Port Garibaldi) and it was fun seeing the boats coming in from a night of fishing and selling their catch.

Lovely place which had a busking festival on when we were there. Restaurants can be a bit pricey but there are cheaper take away options in neighbouring towns. The town itself is cute with lovely bricked bridges and canals.AAoife AliceIreland

They solved everything (storing our bikes, drying our clothes after a self service laundry..). Moreover, due to a mistake in the advertisment we booked it on a cheap price and they didn't make us pay more, really appreciated! Breakfast was also delicious. Beach, restaurant, supermarkets are within some mins by walk. There are free parking spaces next to the hotel and air condition in the whole building.PetraHungary
