Easy parking, great view from the terrace. The staff were great, helped us to plan our days there, and were extremely helpful.

The staff members helped facilitate a lost bag transfer. They delivered our bag to our room once it arrived. Bravo! Breakfast was good, nice selection

What a serendipitous find! Beer was excellent and serviced with a sweet smile! And the dinner!!! The roast melted, the risotto was divine, and the lava cake was 👑!! The views were breathe taking! The tiki bar is where I will be wishing I could stay alittle longer!!

GORGEOUS GORGEOUS! This is the epitome of Lake Como. Their grounds are on a botanical garden with wonderful photo opportunities. The room was large with a great view of the lake. They gave us a thank you package upon checkout and booked the shuttle to the train station for us.

What we like was personable staff, great restaurant and house food was the freshest I have ever tasted. Beautiful settings and surroundings. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us - they fed us on their day off when they were closed.

The property was very centrally located right where all the shopping and restaurants were. Also it was right in front of the lake as well.

Very convenient location across from the ferry pier. Loved their restaurant, make sure to make reservation. Friendly staff. Very good breakfasts served in a nice roomy dining room.

The wait staff are fantastic. Professional and very friendly. They make you feel welcome and known. They know your drink and we shared food recipes. They made meals and cocktail hours better, and the food is fantastic.
