The balcony room was worth the extra cost. We had a view of the hotel’s swimming pool and the local bell tower as well as rolling Tuscan hills. The staff were super helpful. The parking garage was next door. The breakfast was a delicious buffet.

Everything! The location is great and convenient. The property is lovely and well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. I don't know why you call it Fattoria Spedaletto because it is just an apartment in a house in San Giovanni di Val d'Era which is a village close to Lajatico. It was convenient for me but only because I had a hire car - the village has no amenities. The closest bars and restaurants and supermarkets are 3 to 5 miles away.
