The after hour check in was super easy with very clear instructions... the breakfast was nice with a good variety of food choices... They have a wonderful coffee machine and even a full bar... the staff was mostly friendly... the overall price wasn't bad...

Nice facility met my need as I was taking a tour in Parma the next day, so I spent the night. The breakfast was good had the typical European breakfast. The restaurant suggestions for dinner were very good as well.
