The hospitality we received was above and beyond anything we ever experienced before. They treated us like family, helped us with all our needs, took us into their home. Amazing people.

Great Tuscany setting but you will need car to get around the area. This town is for those who want a Tuscany countryside experience. If you want a metropolitan experience you should choose a larger city.

Incredible remote getaway in beautiful Tuscany. Quiet holiday for true relaxation - renting a car or bike is a must, but just 15-minutes walk from the center of town and local restaurants. The best experience with staff who is caring, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond - made my solo holiday the most special, warm experience. Highly recommend for a getaway, and just a short bike ride to Il Borro and surrounding locale for activities and wine tours. Gorgeous calm pool, very spacious rooms, in an authentic and well-preserved villa.
The property is in Tuscany which really speaks for itself. The Villa is walking distance from the centre of San Giustino Valdarno, which is a quaint little village. The pool was just divine especially as it was terribly hot during my stay. The breakfast each morning was adequate. One of the mornings I enjoyed a jam filled biscuit (fully embracing the non traditional breakfast options).
It is a small village rebuilt in a luxury hotel. The accomodation is beautiful and really comfortable and the staff super polite and helpful.
We took a great massage (Carina was the massagist and she was awesome!).
We only booked a night but we will definitely come back to stay at least a week.
Wonderful estate and hotel! There are so many things to do and explore. The old village and the rooms there are fantastic and one of a kind. The infinity pool and the other pools are great. It is a very stylish and chic hotel. The gardens and horse stables are also lovely.
. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to others.
There are no words to explain how Giancarlo and Sofia took care of us. They are so kind, generous, genuine and they both cook so well. One of the best experiences of our whole life. Paradise does exist...and is in San Giustino Valdarno!
Feeling not in the hotel but in entire “hotel village” is unique, staff was extremely friendly, food in the restaurant delicious. Room was very nice
And special thanks to the staff for finding the bouquet for my wife’s birthday
