We had a very nice stay in this house. Rosie was very nice and explained everything and was also easily reachable on the phone when needed. We had enough space for our family and everything was close by with the car (shops, restaurants and beaches etc). The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.

There are many good things to say about staying at Apartamento Sul de Mare. Hosts Gianni and Carla were extremely nice and helpful. The place was huge for just one person, but I enjoyed it very much. It was very quiet at night, and I was able to sleep very well. It had everything I needed, was super clean, and very comfortable.
There are sea views from the kitchen window and one of the bedrooms, but it is best to go out the gate and walk along the coast, which is right there. I was able to do my laundry, and Gianni showed me where everything was that I needed. He even drove me to where the new stand is to buy a bus ticket, showed me some restaurants, and even drove me to Poeto Beach when I had difficulty getting a bus ticket.

Aside from the property being absolutely clean, comfortable and welcoming the host were absolutely amazing!
