Nice facility met my need as I was taking a tour in Parma the next day, so I spent the night. The breakfast was good had the typical European breakfast. The restaurant suggestions for dinner were very good as well.

We came to see friends who live only 4km away and to ride in the L’Etape Parma Granfondo cycling event. Since the address isn’t exactly where it shows on GPS (just a little farther and down an unmarked road), Dario thoughtfully texted us the exact location to map so we had no problem at all finding it. The parking right in front was great and we kept our bikes out on the porch with no worries. The coded door was great, as we didn’t need a key. The weather was much colder than we thought it would be and the apartment was warm and cozy when we arrived. It was very clean and extremely well equipped, much more so than nearly anywhere else we have stayed. The kitchen was unbelievably nice, and all the food was very unexpected (although now I see that the reviews mentioned it often). The juicer was fabulous and I want to buy one now! The bed was wonderfully comfortable and there were many thoughtful things like a large area in the bedroom to put everything, lots of drawer and closet space, and the ability to darken the room with the outdoor shades. We were very happy to be able to wash our clothes too! All in all, a very fabulous stay and I would recommend it to anyone who wants some quiet time away from the noise and bustle of the city, but close enough to do whatever you would like in a very short drive.
