Jonathan is the caregiver / manager is the best thing , he was very kind. he even offered breakfast although I hadn’t booked with it. He also picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us off. He provided us with extra pillows when we requested and water.

The person who came for the check-in, but call 15-20 minutes before you arrive as they recommend in the confirmation message, if not you will have to wait until someone comes. The explanations on how everything works are really good. It is easy. The private parking for your car just in front of the room is a strong point.The main twin bed and the individual one are comfortable.

The staff was absolutely incredible- everyone was a truly so sweet, helpful and friendly… especially the breakfast team!! Everyone in the hotel began to feel like family by the time we left. They were all so truly lovely and it made my mother and I feel like we were at home! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and the loveliest experience on Lake Como!! We will absolutely be back!!
Also the garden in the back is soooo beautiful and peaceful- my favorite part of the hotel.
The pianist was a lovely touch as well <3 everything was excellent!

The Campo Rotonda residence is immaculately clean and well appointed. All decked out on Ikea, it is simple and comfortable. Suitable for a family and a short stay, it is practical. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The only criticism is the location, unfortunately, it is situated in a business, an industrial area so not very picturesque, but the owners appear to be working very hard to make an outside area and generally more appealing. Overall accessibility to the surrounding areas is good and it is a great central point to travel from.
