Wonderful location, very clean, very spacious rooms and comfy bed, air conditioning. Free parking outside and another car park just around the corner. The rooms are new, stylish and modern, lovely breakfast and great coffee. The hotel owner Carla is very nice and friendly, we highly recommend this hotel :)

The room was right in the middle of town and spotlessly clean. The room was more spacious than I was expecting. We had windows looking out onto the main square. There was an available fan to use, which was helpful in August. Breakfast was available in a communal kitchen with cereals, fruit, cakes, eggs, coffees, and teas. Soy milk was available and eggs could be cooked on the stove.

Don't expect a classical farm, there are animals, but you wouldn't realize them unless you searched for them. Lovely dog. Not far from Venzone station, but yet quietly located almost at the shore of the fascinating, natural river Tagliamento. Unless you have neighbours who skype late at night, you will only hear the grasshoppers chirp. Yes there is a distant sound of trains passing, but I only realized it during daytime. Rooms are simple, but sufficient.

We had a last minute change on our arrival day as well as luggage dropped in advance of our arrival. Mary, her mother and Mario were very kind and gracious to accommodate all of these extras. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Facilities were excellent, great kitchen, comfortable beds and a washing machine. The host, Renato (?) was a super lovely guy who gave us lots of tips about Venzone. If you're travelling on the Alpe-Adria you should schedule a rest day in Venzone - while it caters to tourists, it hasn't sold its sole and retains the charm of a small village. Mary is very helpful and she recommend to us a very good local restaurant for the dinner. Pasticceria is in the left side of the main door and on the right side is a bar :-). Market is on the way to parking - 2 min by walk. Everything is very close in Venzone. We really enjoy the stay there.

It was surprise for us that the kitchen was full equipped and we were able to do breakfast. Apartment is situated in the center of beautiful historical city. The only smal disadvantage was that the private bathroom is situated in the common corridor.

Also the local foods made it worth the visit with the zucca festival being cancelled in Venzone we still had delicious pumpkin dishes!
