Very bad , Technically showing kitchen, there is no kitchen. Owner did not received my call, 050 called they said they are booking staff. No manner at all. I did not stay there, did not use anything. They did not refund.

Wonderfull staff, nice spacious room in authentic style. First time since coming to japan that we woke up to the sound of birds tjirping! Also really nice that you can book the onsen, and have a complete kitchen available for dinerpreparations.

Bear in mind that this is a local Japanese style onsen resort? Like it mainly caters to locals on day trips or maybe a 2 night stay. It was undergoing some upgrading while I was there so it was not probably the best time to visit. The onsens were nice. For the price you are paying is definitely value for money but this is a no frills onsen resort so manage expectations
