Location was remote but nice, easy to get around, fresh air, beautiful view out of the window, house was big enough for our 5 ppl family. Futons were soft and pleasant. Property was clean and amenities were in place. Property had plenty of light after window shutters were open. It was a nice walk along the small river nearby with all sakura blossoms. There was also a garden and bbq in it, which unfortunately we didn't have chance to use. All in all, a great stay.

This place is exceptional. The staff are all wonderful and kind. They made us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. The rooms are lovely with a sea view that is just gorgeous! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of nice taste treats! There’s a bus stop going to either Shirahama Beach or into Shimoda very close by (1-2 minutes walk). There’s a swimming pool, bar and an onsen on site. This place just can’t be faulted!
