Location is very convenient as it is next to the train station. The breakfast was good however I did notice it caters to more of a Japanese taste over authenticity of Indian/ nepalese food. Overall, it was a adequate selection for breakfast that my selective children found things they would eat.

The staff gave me an allergen menu when I checked in for our breakfast - this was very helpful. We were not expecting to find such an amazingly beautiful flower garden adjacent to the hotel! We had a wonderful walk and also enjoyed walking around the temple next to the hotel.

I liked the fact that this was a Showa-era / maybe early Heisei-era hotel. The elevator design and controls, the room controls, all just felt like the 1970s or 80s. (By the way, the elevator has a view of the outside.) The room and bathroom were very clean. The airconditioner control is on a console (took me a while), but everything worked---and was quiet. (t was a 100 degree F day. Staff was excellent. I would stay there again for sure.
