The location is perfect within a short distance from the airport. Dinner was delicious and the Onsen very agreeable. Everything was spotless clean and Staff is super attentive and kind. We walked out to the shops and to rent a car and everything was super easy. Definitively recommend it and will stay again.

Staff were friendly and great location for the airport. Just one direct train gets you there easily. We didn't have time to use the public bath but it looked clean and lovely - if we ever need an airport hotel again we would come back in time to use it!!! Loads of manga and comfy seating areas too. Lovely hotel.

Hotel was located near the train station. There is a convenience store on the lobby level which is very good if you need a snack. The onsen was spacious and great. The concept is like a airport, so there is self-serviced check-in where you scan your own passport (staff is available if you need help) and even a weighing scale at the lobby (in case you get carried away with shopping at the nearby outlet mall).
