Everything was great. I'd absolutely stay here again and again. The staff was not fluent in English but they were very helpful and used a translating app to speak to us. The room was clean, breakfast was great, the sauna and hot springs (2 large bath tubs) were amazing as well. 5 Stars.

Breakfast was very good, excellent selection and well prepared. The location is great, associated with the train station. If I hadn't needed the car for a different portion of this trip, I would have arrived by train from the Central Japan International Airport via Nagoya. The parking is in adjacent garage with access not requiring going outside. The third floor of the garage is accessible from the seconf floor of the hotel. The charge for parking is very reasonable.
