We booked the room with the 4 bunkbeds (more like pods) and it was the best experience. The pods were comfortable and each had blinds for added privacy. The hotel was very close to lots of restaurants and stores. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was a great hotel, we arrived early and we could leave our luggage at the reception and go explore busan. We were on the 15th floor the view was amazing the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet in the room but there was alot of animation in the surroundings. We even could use the little gym on the 3th floor. That was a nice surprise

The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the metro. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful toiletries provided—shaving gel and razor, makeup remover, and a special exfoliating towel. Everything was wonderful.

It is very close to the center of Busan It has everything close by, from food and drink. The metro and bus stop are 5 minutes away on foot. It was really a very good location. We were very pleased. The cleaning lady cleaned every day. I was very pleased with it. I would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly what we expected based on the online reviews: Nice hotel, ideal location, good breakfast. Our room was really spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 which made this the best value hotel of the 5 hotels we visited in Korea. The location was close to two public transport hubs, shopping and and warren of charming streets teeming with great food. What really impressed us was the staff. My wallet - stuffed with cards and cash - was inadvertently left in the room safe and discovered by the cleaning staff. The hotel contacted me immediately to alert me that they found it before I even noticed it was gone. We were already hours away in Jeonju. Ayaan and Hannah worked with me to ensure it was delivered to my next hotel in Seoul within 3 days. Big thanks to the Rooms Team, Ayaan and Hannah! You are a credit to the Arban Hotel.
