Really nice and cozy, host was very responsive to any questions. Comfortable and slept like a baby, beautiful views of mountain. We didnt have water in morning but pipes was frozen, quick to respond and help us out, it was -20 degrees so no fault of theirs.

I was given a room with balcony on the 7th floor. The view over the city and mountains beyond was absolutely breathtaking. Unforgettable, in fact. The room was nice. Everything was there as advertised and the TV had the Turkish English language channel, so I was able to catch up with the news. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. There is a metro station close to the hotel, and several eating places nearby. I found the reception staff very helpful and informative.

The room is spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast is very good both taste and variety.
We have dinner in the same restaurant, food quality is good, we like the rib eye steak, for price is reasonable, worth to try.
Staff attitude and helpfulness is not the same standard, our stay of 4 days, first 2 days the girl in the front desk is very helpful, polite and with smiles. The last 2 days the girl at the front desk is not helpful nor any smiles, we simply wanted to change some small bank notes but couldn’t get response.

Staff were very helpful especially the guy on the front desk (forgot his name but I think it’s Muhideen). The room was clean and complete with toiletries. Location is also good. Overall, good value for money.
