Citea Apart Hotel, hotel in Dbayeh

Strategically nestled in the heart of Ashrafieh, minutes away from the airport and in close proximity to the capital’s most famous landmarks, including ABC mall, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sassine Square,...

A short primer: my family & I had initially booked for four days, but due to heavy traffic missed our flight to Beirut. We were able to fly in the next day, and, to my pleasant surprise, there was no hassle about it at all. Not only that, they upgraded us to a suite and sent a staffmember of housekeeping to immediately move the crib we had requested for our 6-month-old! The staff are all consumate professionals who pratice their craft with exceptional care. My Arabic is very limited, but they all spoke English, too. I made use of everything they offered: the tasty & nourishing breakfast, the treadmills in the gym, the laundry room (just bring your own detergent). The facilities are all in top form, both inside the room we stayed and throughout the hotel. Our room had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave as well as two televisions in separate rooms. If someone wanted to take a nap with our baby, we could close the door between the living room and master bedroom to get a little more peace and quiet. The neighborhood (Ashrafieh) is hilly, but it has its charm. It's close to the National Museum, road interchanges to drive any direction outside of Beirut, and with on-site parking with an attendant present at all times, we were able to plan our own excursions all around the country.
