We had an absolutely amazing time at The Residence Ella. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious! It is at the perfect location with only a 3 min drive from Ella town, with a peaceful environment.The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We were hours earlier than our check in time and they made sure to make the room ready as soon as they could. And Mr Thimira was so flexible as he allowed us to come back for a quick change even though we had checked out. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. Highly recommend if you are planning a great trip to Ella!!

The location is great to get to everything in Ella including 9 arch bridge and the bars. Pool is a luxury In the heat as well. Loved it we extended our stay for another night and the staff were excellent about it.
