The town itself isn't anything much, it's got the appeal of most beautiful mountain locations in Sri Lanka, with its quaint little shops and friendly people. I was very scared when I booked the hotel that it wouldn't live up to the pictures, but I was nothing but impressed. For the price, you get an amazing experience - from the car ride up, to the sound of the waterfall through the day. I love the hosts, they were friendly, honest and made our stay easy.

This place is amazing. We stayed for two nights, and felt like we could stay much longer.
The couple who run the home stay are so so wonderful. Felt like family or old friends. Super kind, helpful, and friendly. Food is delicious. Guided walk in the rainforest was fantastic. The view from the room is unbeatable. Just an all around great time, and we hope to be back!
