Excellent location, just right outside of the medina accessible by cab (about 20 - 30 MAD from the bus station; 10 min. away). The medina is just a short walk away. Don't underestimate the distance and step incline that you'll have to climb if the Riad is deep in the medina. There are two quick marts right across the street to get drinks and snacks.
Our host, Nour, speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Room is basic, but clean and comfortable. Hotel has a nice roof top view. Breakfast is good. I'd stay again at Hotel Alkhalifa.
Hotel Molino is located in Chefchaouene’s medina, just a 5-minute walk from the Kasbah and a 2-minute walk from the Ras El Ma waterfalls. It offers a large terrace with mountain views.

We ended up staying here for 5 nights because we got sick. It had good WiFi and comfortable beds. It is a good location to get to any part of the city. We were 10 or less minutes from any place we wanted to eat.

Everything is bad, at 1 am there was loud music, no internet signals in given room. Staff was very bad behavior and rude. We paid by payment machine and as we did not liked rooms later, they refused to return money, staff fighted and we ended up not living in the hotel and rhey did not even returned money.
