I arrived late after midnight but the check-in process was really smooth. I appreciate the front desk staff stayed up till late for my check-in. The room is spacious and spotless clean! I did not drive but my room has a parking lot outside as well. The only minor issue is the AC is a little loud. Staff are really friendly & helpful to me (non-Spanish speakers), I really appreciate! Bus Terminus is not far from the hotel location.

Nice Colonial town with a nice central plaza and Mercado to get a nice affordable meal all day. Quiet and apart from the Sumidero tour not much else to do except buy trinkets up and down the old arcade stores.

Nice access to an affordable tour of Cañón del Sumidero that picks you up and drops you off at the hotel. There are not a ton of options in terms of food in the town, so having the restaurant there was ideal, though it does close at 3. The weekend brunch buffet was a pretty good deal all in all.
