The staff are fantastic, and each time I’ve come it’s like a private island. The restaurant is convenient and there are toys if you have children. Punta Allen is a 20min or so ride south if you’d like to check out the small fishing village.
Casa Pascale is a quaint hotel located in the tropical destination of Punta Allen, 328 feet from the beach. It offers an on-site restaurant and features Wi-Fi access.

David and Angelica, along with their staff, were wonderful hosts. David took us out on the Boat Tour (look it up!) and was kind and helpful in all ways. His English is good. We had room 1, a nice-sized room with 2 beds, and closest to the beach. Erica keeps the hotel as clean as can be in the humid sea air. You have access to the kitchen, but know that there is not more than a small tienda for groceries. Best of all is the glorious beach at Punta Allen. There is hardly ever anyone on it, it's quiet and peaceful, just sit back and enjoy!
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops.
Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach.
But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel, kids loved it!
But this place is far and the road is not good.

My trip was rescheduled due corona.
My trip was rescheduled due corona. They ignored all my messages and calls, and stole my money. No even booking.com answers me. I got stolen, and nobody answer, nobody does anything, nobody takes responsability.
The property's serene location, well-kept grounds, and peaceful isolation were absolutely wonderful.
The cleanliness of the bed and sheets was impeccable, and we are immensely grateful for the hard work of the cleaners, especially given the circumstances. After falling ill with a stomach bug on the second night of our stay and experiencing multiple episodes of vomiting, their efforts were truly appreciated. We made sure to leave an extra tip as a token of our gratitude. Thank you to the cleaners - you are the true heroes of this hotel!

Exceptional destination. The hotel, the location, the environment, the food. This trip was the most beautiful experiences of my life. I travelled there with my mom and daughter. I highly recommend that you get there by boat from Tulum. The boat ride is incredible. Really don't recommend that you go there solely by car. It's the experience of a lifetime but extremely long. The wifi is weak, which is the point. Fell in love with the staff <3
This is fairly remote and is reached on a 40 km extremely potholed road. So be prepared. The scenery is beautiful. The village of Punta Allen is rustic. Casa Pascale is mostly for sport fishermen but we weren't and enjoyed our time there. It's impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a good shower. There are beautiful wall paintings of various fish. It's a place with character.
Punta allen is a haven away from the busy town of tulum. You still get the dreamy hotel by the carribean sea, without the crowds. The road leading up to the hotel is an adventure in itself, but it makes you feel like you deserved your stay. The facilities are great, the beach amazing, and it was great to be able to kayak in the mangroves close to the hotel
First off, the view is unbelievable! Also, they were so helpful with arranging boat transportation and cab to Punta Allen. Marta was absolutely incredible and helpful in so many ways. Frank, our server, was wonderful as well. We really enjoyed our time there. The shared facilities were always clean. I will absolutely be back!
The location was amazing. Just what we were looking for as a couple that needed a little escape from work. We finally got the chance to completely relax in a beautiful guesthouse with zero stress. The gorgeous views and the lovely people that manage the hotel make the experience exceed expectations. Definitely coming back!
Juan and Marta are incredible hosts and wonderful people. Staying with them feels like being in a welcoming home. They work hard to maintain the property and ensure their guests have the best stay in Punta Allen.
The location is perfect, just on very nice beach. The place has nice little garden where you can sit, eat your meal, drink your beer....Nice restaurants nearby.
Possibility to cook your own meal is nice.
Amazing location right on the beach. Went to sleep and woke up to the ocean waves. Very nice staff. Delicious food. Tour of the bio reserve organized by the hotel was affordable and amazing.
We loved Punta Allen, it's our favourite place in the Yucatan peninsula. The hotel is just in front of the ocean, very quiet, clean and delicious lobsters made by Sonia, our hostess.
Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing location. We enjoyed staying in the tent which even had electricity. The hotel restaurant and bar even had prices similar to town.
