The hotel is possibly the best in Salina Cruz, their recommendations to find a great restaurant was right on. They work hard to keep this hotel comfortable and clean.
Salina Cruz is a horrible place, dirty and messy.
But thankfully staying in this hotel allowed us to visit the near beaches outside Salina Cruz and do laundry.

It's a small apartment in a walled compound with a pool. The apartment was nice and roomy, very clean with really pretty murals on the wall. The bed was large and comfortable. The pool was lovely. There was a small fridge, coffee pot and limited kitchen items. It appears to be brand new, and the owner was finishing some things when. We got there. He was very welcoming.

Beautiful modern large hotel with vibrant wall murals. Impeccably clean spacious rooms with large shower that was hot and had good water pressure. Good air con. Comfy beds and pillows. Large beautiful gardens with mango trees full of fruit. Huge restaurant with delicious meals. Definitely recommend.

This property felt so incredibly private. Not only is the parking large enough to accommodate a truck (not super common), but the walls surrounding the property give you ultimate privacy. The mango tree on property has some delicious fruit when they’re ripe, and there is a very sweet kitty that lives on property, but never comes inside. The air conditioning is always working (a must since it got very hot outside), there is a working washer, and everything in the kitchen functions well. There is a large bodega not far so cooking in the house is very easy. This house made our stay in Salina Cruz very enjoyable.

Salina Cruz is a very peaceful place offering some beaches where surfing can be performed. It was a tiny seaport that grew up due to the oil refinery, not really recommended as a tourist destination by itself since there are limited facilities, with lot of eateries but very few good restaurants, one of them being Santa Julia inside the Misión de San José Hotel. Many secondary streets are in need of maintenance or not paved, although main avenues are in more or less good condition. Most of the traveling here has to do with oil or navy issues.

Salina Cruz has a Walmart , shopping center and movie theater. There are some really pretty beaches just about 5-10 miles outside the city limits of Salina Cruz. I went to Playa Azul. To get there is a 3km drive down a sand and gravel road. The beach has people that will sell you beverages and make food. The beach is very pretty and not very developed and it's really deep 200-300 yards with a huge jutting rock.

A necessary stop if you drive from Oaxaccade Juarez to Puerto Escondido and want to avoid high altitude roads. This is an industrial harbour Many buildings are in a state os disrepair. Nor felt safe at night in the Cty Centre
The location itself is great. Rooms and lobby are a bit dated, the pool area and the upper floor have obviously recently been renovated and are much nicer/comfortable. Price-Value-Ratio could be good but the service by the owner (via messages in Booking.com) and the receptionist was very bad and unfriendly. Theo (the kitchen staff) was super nice and really lovely. Owner and receptionis tried to blame Theo for the structural comunication problems the hotel has (for example: reception staff was only available from 9:30 am to the afternoon).
I liked the security of the hotel. You must ring a bell to enter the hotel and request the be opened to exit the hotel. They sell bottled water, sodas and snacks in the lobby. There is a secured parking area provider for tenants. The hotel is very quiet at night so you can rest well. There is a designated area for smokers. The staff are very friendly. The room was very clean and fresh. The linen is changed every three days, however, you can request it be changed daily if you like. No alcohol is allowed in the hotel.
the location was a short taxi ride from the bus station and the bed was big and comfortable. i was only in salina cruz for one day and the hotel was good for this purpose! it was a long walk to the beach but near enough to restaurants and shops
on the downside, i do think the price is a little steap seeing as breakfast is not included and the night i stayed there was no hot water in the shower. however, the staff were very helpful and we communicated well despite my bad spanish! overall, a decent stay!

It's in the middle of nowhere, super quiet and with the pool and the ocean one of the most fancy places I ever stayed at. I travel on a low budget as a backpacker, so this hotel was rather expensive for me. But the guy who runs the reception and kitchen was super nice. Also, I could bring my dog without paying extra.
Good place for a nights stay. Because of a roadblock outside Salina Cruz I arrived 9 hours late, but staff were really good and alliwed me to check in around midnight. The ròom itself is quite good for the price, with aircon, cable tv etc! Highly recommended!
The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the bus terminal. there were very few options available to us..
To be fair the room was clean. Just outside that was not, due to the high winds blowing dirt around. Bed was comfortable. slept well.
Overall a nice hotel with nice potential. The rooms are spacious and everything seems to work.
Wifi further down into the building is a bit weak.
Parking is large and secure.
