The property was beautifully kept. We loved the personalized attention from Felipe, he was so kind and attended to all our asks. The jungle reserve is stunning and is a short bike ride away with a beautiful pool to swim in after a jungle hike or bike.

Great little boutique hotel with amazing staff and great rooms. Everything was very clean and the help was awesome. WiFi is good with Starlink and the location of the hotel is good, not too far from the ferry and the center and at the same time in a nice quiet spot of the island. We really enjoyed our last days in Mexico on the beautiful island 😁

Perfect location for the best sunset on the Island. Large private beach area with ample shade. Location of our room was perfect for my elderly mother. Pool has a handrail which made it perfect for easy access.
The on site restaurant serves lovely breakfasts…lunch is great too and they offer beach food and beverage service. Fantastic !

The hotel was clean and the decor was modern and chic. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach in one direction and steps to centro in the other. There’s an also a great coffee shop right next door to visit before walking to the beach every day. The pool was fabulous. The bed was comfy and the towels were super soft.
The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. They anticipated all of my needs. Even surprised me with a cute bday card signed by all staff of the hotel. Such a delight. Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely return.

The beaches of Isla Holbox were amazing. Miles of walkable white sand and turquoise water. We booked the beach bungalow. It was steps away from the beach. The trip was wonderful!

This hotel is a litttle Gem. The pool is beautiful the hotel is family run and close to the restaurants and beach. It’s a nice walk or short taxi into the main town but nice to be away from the crowds too

To me this hotel is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunrise, sunset and everything else Holbox offers.The rooms in this place are brand new, beautiful design, spacious with balcony’s. The pool , the rooms and the entire place is very clean something very important to me . The customer service is 100% satisfaction. They offers free ride from the ferry , they explain everything I needed to know about this unique island. This hotel is steps away from restaurants, beach clubs and I was very happy to walk around and discover that Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean see are getting connected right there very near , bare foot walking distance . I’ll be back soon for more days exactly to hotel Atenea just because I fall in love with Holbox, with the hospitality of the management of this hotel, and definitely because of everything else I just share with the future guests. I’m happy to recommend highly this location and this hotel and I’m responsible for my review ❤️🦶🏝️ It’s not a regular place where you go to sleep it’s place that offers so much more. It feels the owners care a lot about us, the tourist to have full experience not only to offer us place not to get wet if it’s raining.
