The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Initially, we were given a room with stairs, but upon expressing our desire for a better room, the receptionist cooperated despite the lack of available rooms. The attention to our request was evident, and after one night, we were informed of a room availability and smoothly transitioned. We lodged two complaints over the phone, one regarding noise from another room and another about suspicious people at the hotel entrance, and in both cases, the response was prompt. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, comfortable, and family-friendly. The location is great.
We will be visiting Amsterdam this summer, and I will stay at Radisson without hesitation.

Great location with unique rooms we loved staying here as its far away from the center with all the crazy things happening there but with the metro near by you can be there in 10-15 minutes

Breakfast had an amazing selection. The coffee was excellent! The bed was very comfortable for us, and we loved the outer window closures that allowed us to darken the room to our liking. We are glad we paid a little more for our room to have the extra space for the bathroom area. The shower was nice and we relied on the provided soaps, shampoo and lotions. They do not have washcloths, only hand towels and bath towels. WiFi could be spotty at times. The room could have used a more thorough vacuuming. We would recommend this hotel and would book again/ stay at one of their other hotel locations.

I liked a lot the design of the hotel and rooms, it was spacious with enough light and big windows. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and very tasty. the hotel was 3 min walk from metro and 3 station away from railway station. they serve complimentary water each day.
