breakfast was really good. But the staff was not available. Especially on Saturday and Sunday, fewer people are available for reception. 401 room floor carpet was old and dirty packages like toothbrush (paste) were missing.

Check in reception was great. Our luggage was delivered by Norway in a Nutshell with no problem. Arranged an early taxi to the airport. Ate a late dinner in the restaurant that was delicious! Morning receptionist was also great. Made sure we had something for breakfast since we were leaving before it was open.
