The house was clean and spacious. There were no bad smells at all. The backyard and the pool are very nice, and you have a lot of privacy. The owner was also very kind and responsive. I would definitely come back again and stay a few days to enjoy what the property has to offer!

This was our second time stay at this property and truly the experience was amazing. It may not be the best resort that one can look for; however, for the small town of Nizwa where this is located it is the best and very reasonable too.

The property itself is impeccably clean and comfortable, offering the best value for money in Jabal Akhdar. But the real star of the show? The breathtaking mountain views from the rooms! Waking up to such stunning scenery every morning was truly a treat for the soul. The food served at the property was delicious, with both breakfast and dinner served as a buffet. The variety and quality were exceptional, catering to all tastes. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. My only small complaint would be that the hot water tends to run out faster than expected, requiring a bit of a wait for it to heat up again. However, this minor inconvenience was far outweighed by the overall excellence of the property. In conclusion, if you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Jabal Akhdar, look no further!
