This was maybe one of the best places we’ve stayed. Breakfast was delicious and the lunch and dinner were filling and tasty as well. The shower had hot water and the electric heater did a lot to warm up the room. It was in a great location easy to walk to town and easy access to the trails in the area. Everyone who worked there was super helpful and welcoming, even though they were busy with maintaining the place as well as the festival. Don’t miss the recommended mirador hike if you’re fit and acclimatized to the altitude.

Quiet, quaint, and beautiful. The host family were very accommodating and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the views were spectacular. We were also very impressed by Llachon, a peaceful change of pace compared to Juliaca and Puno.

Such a memorable experience! From getting to the location to the amazing views from the room. The family running the place were very kind and hospitable. The meals were tasty, healthy, generous size (especially breakfast) and served with a lot of care.
