For the City Butuan City this a top notch hotel because there is no chain hotels here so this is very nice and new property and I have stayed here in this area before in other hotels and a resort hotel that was not any good the rooms were subpar and not worth the money this hotel is located in a great spot near the SM Mall and a older mall is very close by but it has all your needs better money exchange rates that I noticed Grassano mall

Very comfortable bed. Excellent included buffet breakfast out by the huge pool with waterfall into the attached children's pool. Centrally located on main road, 100 meters from huge A/C shopping mall. I've stayed at this hotel when visiting this city for 10 years.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, and the location was perfect. The breakfast and dinner meus were also very good.

Room was not clean at all , there was a live lizard in the room and dead roaches also in the room , also the bed spread was digusting !!!
